I was apprehensive at first because I’d never heard of Destina Holidays and they were so much cheaper than any of the other flights I found, but I gave it a shot and within just a couple of minutes I had my ticket. I will definitely keep them in my travel folder for future trips.

I booked an international flight for my family and me. Less than 24 hours after the purchase, I noticed that the fare on their website and the airline company was around $1,000 cheaper. I tried to cancel my ticket, as the airline wouldn't charge me anything, and repurchase it using the same website (Destina Holidays); however, instead of charging me a $75 fee for cancelling with them, they tried to charge me $200 per passenger, under the allegation that it passed more than 24 hours, which was no true. I sent screenshots of their website and the email of confirmation. It was the first time using their services, and most likely will be the last.
