I spoke with a customer service rep and shared my measurements asking which dress I should order. I shared concerns on price and how I wanted to try and avoid alterations, which is why I specifically reached out to a representative for help. I was told to order a six which I told them was larger than my normal size. I was also told to order a long because I am 5'9 and would be wearing heels. I was shocked when I received the dress. As a strapless, it legitimately fell off my body when I raised my arms. I could fit my entire arm down the side of the dress, there was so much extra room around the just and waist. As it took so long to receive the dress and there is a strict no return policy I went straight to a tailor and spent $125 to not only tailor the sides but also remove the 7 inches extra fabric I was advised that I would need in order to wear heels with the dress. I literally spent money to remove the extra fabric I paid for on the dress. Simply, I would never order from this website again and would never recommend anyone use it. I was a costly and frustrating experience.

I needed shoes for my friends wedding and not only were they affordable but I found a great clutch to go with it! I ordered a size too small and the return was simple. I got my refund. I ordered the correct size and got it in no time. Very simple!

The online help was fast and right on target. I had size questions and they gave me great advice that worked. Dress came early and is exactly as expected.

I have yet to receive my refund for a pair of shoes I sent back. They were sent back unworn, in the original packaging. This was two months ago.

I ordered bridesmaid and junior bridesmaids dresses. The quality was excellent and they were stunning. They shipped in the timeframe I was given.

Their shipment times need to better reflect how long a dress actually takes to get to you. I think they think having a shorter shipment time will entice people to buy... but its better in the long run to know how long a dress may take to get to the customer. "Ships in 3 days" is an ambiguous way to say you wont have your dress for another week. I was a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding and got caught in this shipping trap. Wanting to be on the safe side I had the dress shipped to my friend's address as I would be coming from out of town for the wedding. I ordered it on sat. morning thinking it would be there by Wednesday. Turns out it didn't even ship until wednesday and another 3 days would have to be factored in. When I realized that the dress would not arrive in time for the wedding, I called Dessy asking what could be done. In an emergency you hope that the people you are spending money with will do their best to help you to their best ability. With Dessy group, my issues were placed on the back burner and very minimal efforts were made to see that I could be helped. I had to keep calling back to get status updates and was told to wait each time and then when i finally got connected to someone who had the ability to help me, they said i was too late (it was a bit after 5pm). This is despite the fact that I had been calling them since 1 pm. I felt like a nuisance more than a paying customer. Based off of this experience I do not think that I would buy a dress from Dessy again.
