Very bad experince
They were not helpful at all in the customer service department. I needed to change the size of a dress and they would not let me days later. I wouldn't recommend dessy to anyone. Order number was 415600

Lauren, I am very sorry you feel your needs were not met. I've researched your order and found the original inquiry. I see that you placed the order for the dresses on Sept. 4th. You emailed to ask to change the size on Sept 24th. Unfortunately, the dresses had already been cut and were in production at this point. We do always attempt to assist consumers with order changes if the order is not yet in production. Even when it is past the 24 hour window. But the factory confirmed that your order was already in progress as it had been over two weeks since the order was placed, therefore not changeable. Again, I apologize for your trouble.
