Let me start by saying I’ve purchased from DFO several times in the past with no issue. My latest order arrived in a dirty case inside and out. The cloth was not wrapped in plastic as ALL my eyewear I’ve ever purchased from anywhere have. It was wrinkled and balled up like it was used. I reached out to CS and Kelly didn’t have anything to say other than “their products are authentic”. Which I definitely questioned in my correspondence. No apology/acknowledgement. No resolution.

I've ordered four pair of frames from this site. I got my last two a few days ago. I love them, only complaint they feel very wide on my face. Both pair, almost like they were stretched out, when I look down I feel like they're going to fall off. I don't want to send them back because I waited a little longer than I wanted to for them. I would still highly recommend this site.

The first run of my purchase, the lenses didn't meet quality standards. So they redid them, and also added a 2 day delivery on the shipping. I am very pleased with my glasses. The frames are wonderful, and the lenses are well made! I am thankful for Designer Frames doing quality work for an affordable price!~

First pair I ordered their Versace i already purchased the same frames just in a different Color from my eye doctor these are just as great . The quality is amazing. I highly recommend this company I will be making more purchases in the future

I was concerned that the product would not be as the quality shown. I was quite impressed! The packaging and the product were just as described. I will definitely be ordering again. Shipping was a little slow; however, the time frame of the shipping is NOT A DEAL BREAKER. They arrived on the date given.

I found a nice pair of sunglasses in the mall, but was looking for a more reasonable price. Designer Frames had the exact frames, and they came in excellent condition. There was a gap in the shipping and delivery, but I was willing to wait. At first, I thought maybe this could be a scam website, because I have never used used an online website before and the shipping time seemed so far away, but I found out, it was not :-) My frames came at the beginning of the earliest date provided, which was nice. I received them a little earlier. They sent a notification when the frames were shipped as well. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Billy was great helping me find frames that were no longer available on line. He went the extra mile going overseas to find the frames that fit my lenses. When they didn’t come as scheduled he didn’t give up but persisted until he found out where they were and followed through. I’d highly recommend they for frame services

I am very impressed with my lenses, they are rolled and polished, I see very well with my progressive. I can wear my frame again!
