I only ordered the frames. They came in fast and well packaged. Great price

The Prada frames are received were of great quality and the price was reasonable. They arrived on time. The packaging was mediocre there was no lens wipe to dust your lens. I only purchased the frame and have my optometrist add my prescription. Was a little skeptical with the prescription part. I will definitely shop with them again.

Purchased dillidali kids frame which is suppose to be very durable first week on 2nd day lens popped out at school and is missing. Awaiting next steps form customer service disappointment didn’t even have glasses that long lens already missing. Emailed 2 days ago having gotten response yet.

I ordered a pair of new glasses and at the same time, sent in a pair of my own sunglasses to have them put prescription lenses in. Both came out great. In fact, the Ray Bans I sent to have new lenses made were scratched up on the lenses and frames. Not only did they come back with new prescription lenses, they also polished the frames AND sent me new genuine ray ban regular sunglass lenses just to have in case I ever want to change them back. Totally unexpected extras.

I ordered from Designer Frames outlet because the Burberry frames that I love (I broke my pair and had to replace) were LESS THAN HALF than what the optometrist was going to charge (!!!). I have to share that I was a bit leary when I tried to call the number and there was no one to answer and no way to leave a message. I think the message is something like "we have no employees to answer". They should definitely think about updating that message because it sounds unprofessional and suspect, and quite honestly like a red flag. All of that being said...ordered frames and custom lenses on July 24th. They were scheduled to ship on August 8 or 9, and to arrive August 19th. On August 8th I reached out because I saw that they hadn't shipped. The responded to my email a day or two later (I was on pins and needles lol) to say the custom lenses were delayed but that they would send the glasses 2nd-day air (instead of regular) to compensate and try to get them to me on time. The other thing that made me very nervous was a few reviews I read, saying they are not a legitimate company, and that they sell knock-offs. I want to share that they came through on their promise and I received them today, only a day late. The packaging was superb. They look and feel great. And, I have the very same pair already, that I broke (which is why I reordered, but didn't want to spend almost $800 at the optometrist)...I compared the two, and they are identical. Perfect quality....even down to the case. One complaint is that they didn't include the original Burberry cloth lens wipe, but rather one of their own....but whatever. I would definitely order from them again and would say if you are reluctant, don't worry about it - they will come through for you! 5 stars.

Easy to order and frames arrived in a couple of weeks. Good fit and price. I had previously ordered a frame that was no longer in stock but was not informed that it was unavailable. This delayed getting the frames that were available. I was quickly refunded for the first frames. The resolution was easy by email to customer service. I will use this company for my glasses in the future.

I received my order after waiting 2 months and the frames arrived broken. I have reached out by phone and email and no one returned my call or email to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed, as this is not my first order from designer frames outlook.
