I've ordered several pairs over the years and they've all been amazing! Recently I wanted to replace just lenses and reached out to customer service. I got an answer within 12 hours and a discount code. I ordered 5 pairs of replacement lenses after I had updated my prescription and they were filled promptly and perfectly. I highly recommend!

I’ve purchased 3 pair of glasses from them and even sent in an old frame to have lenses replaced and both were good experiences. The glasses do take 2-4 weeks usually to arrive. I think that was due to one of my pair being backordered though.

Love my prada glasses. 1st pair of progressive glasses I can read from and see for distance. Glasses a perfect fit for my face. Only complaint - took long time to receive my order, took 4 weeks before it arrived.
