I had a gift card given to me and I bought a pair of glasses when I received them they turned out to be for children even though it didn’t say that anywhere on the webpage so I returned them and got the refund to my card for the balance that I personally paid for but nothing for the gift card that I received. I emailed and got a code for the balance and when I went to go buy a new pair of glasses I also had a discount code for 30% off and they wouldn’t let me use both the code and discount card when I talked to a representative they told me that the code they gave me wouldn’t work with a discount code even though I originally had a gift card. I won’t even use the 50 dollar gift card that I now have because I don’t feel like you have good customer service

glasses do not fit and slide down face

the sunglasses size i ordered was 47 and also its writen on the sunglasses arm that the size 47. But it was acullty big in size as i used to have one, and the size is 49 as i confirm the size on sunglasses store.
