We had already provided you with a free return label so we could look into what happened in transit and make things right. After several attempts to get in touch, you eventually returned an item to us. Unfortunately, what we received was not the pair from your order, but a completely different pair of glasses — missing both temples (arms) and sent back in a soiled, damaged case that did not match the one we shipped. This made it impossible for us to process your return as this is not the correct pair we had sent to you. We are promptly sending this back to you. We always stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products and work hard to resolve issues fairly, but in this case we were not provided with the correct item.
