DesigneraudiovideoReviews of designeraudiovideo.com

Great service by far superceeded my expectations on my order. Shipping was slower than I expected but then again I chose the free shipping option which stated 7-14 days for delivery and yet still recieved my entire order in 9 days from the day I placed it. Can't beat the price and free delivery. Products were absolutely brand new as advertised.

Fast shipping; product was securely packaged. The sub woofer was in new condition as advertised.

I ordered 2 tower speakers from Designer Audio Video and had a very good shopping experience with them. The speakers were shipped promptly and they actually honored a coupon after my purchase was processed and placed a refund for the coupon amount on my credit card. I had some hesitation ordering items online but Designer Audio Video has earned my trust and I felt as though my business was valued.

Customer service representative Patrick was very knowledgeable about Kef In Wall speakers for my home theater but most important music listening room . He also gave me the correct specs for my sound and likes in music. He listened to my pros and cons for wanting KEF and gave me great reasons for my choice in my product. Excellent phone skills and professional. I will be a long time customer with Designer Audio Video.

I ordered a complete set of Definitive Technology Pro 1000 speakers and had the option of upgrading to the Pro Center 2000 for an additional $100 which was a great deal. Designeraudiovideo was the lowest price I could find for the speakers and they had an even better price which I had just missed out on from a sale price listed on an outdated link. (Thanks a lot, BING! >.>) However, as a show of good faith the store owner James offered me one day shipping for my DefTech Pro set and I ordered my speakers. As promised, I received the whole set the next day so I was glad I made the purchase. If a seller, a store, or a company is willing to make accommodations for you it's always a gesture of good will that can build an established customer for future purchases.

I purchased paradigm speakers from designeraudiovideo.com, and they shipped on time and received everything in good shape. Due to my home theater remodel, I had to cancel some and they willingly stopped some of the ordered &yet to be shipped items during Christmas holidays. I have now re-ordered the same that were stopped by me. They have a good pricing, and nice selection of audiophile speaker systems. They are very proactive with customer needs.

Ordered Martin Logan speakers and received almost immediately. Great sounding product. Just ordered a set of Paradigm speakers for another system. I would recommend this vendor.

I bought a 5.1 Definitive Technology Inwall Speaker system from Designeraudiovideo.com. They followed my on-line order up with a personal call to thank me for my order with them. Delivery was faster than quoted, and the speakers are now installed and are amazing. I would buy from them again without hesitation.
