I would like my money back I will never shop on tv on Steals and Deals again!!!!!! Mildred Menzel I am very sorry I did get you mixed up with another delivery. I did receive my order from you and was very happy with it. Sorry for the mix up Please except my apology MM

After reading this review we immediately emailed MM on Thursday July 29th to ask for additional information since USPS shows that it was delivered successfully on July 19th. MM never contacted us to let us know that the order was not received. The reference to "The Steals and Deals" TV show is unfamiliar to us and we think that its possible that she has us mixed up with another purchase that she ahs made, we will email again and continue to try and find out what did or didn't happen.

What a great watercolor instructional video! It arrived quickly in the mail. Well made, great editing allowed me to follow the course from several different cameras and angles. Well made.
