ThematicThematic is a community-driven platform where creators license music from independent artists in exchange for promotion. Video creators get copyright-free, claim-free music for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, podcasts, and more, with songs instantly matched to a creator's aesthetic, video themes, the artists they love, and the creators they follow. Every video published with a Thematic track also gets featured across the platform, so creators get exposure of their own just for using the music. Music artists get their songs promoted to over a million creators, with a dashboard showing exactly which videos are using their music and how each placement is performing. The Thematic community votes on which songs join the catalog, so the artists who get featured are the ones creators actually want to hear. Creators can also unlock Creator Perks: exclusive discounts and tools from other companies, just for being active on the platform. Thematic was co-founded by Michelle Phan, one of YouTube's earliest creators. Today, more than a million creators across over 220 countries use Thematic to find music and get discovered, and more than 3.6 million licenses have been issued through the platform so far. All creators can start using Thematic for free, with no subscription required to get started.

2+weeks in community review, (so my music is not online) no answer from support about it. Not sure it's a great place for music artists... EDIT: Support promptly answered! 2 to 3 weeks of community review is the rule. Then accepted or not that's their prerogative. Thanks Audrey from support :)

hi there,,, so this is sleeyo and no offence meant to noone,,, my experience on this web site was a real waste of time ... ..I even experienced a flow navigating on their web site ,my PC got geopardized all of a sudden, it happend 2 times and on the 2nd one I had to reboot my pc and found out that all my passwards were disappeared,, and I had to re trace them all,, a real damage to me,,, I even sent them an e-mail stating that problem I had encountered... so... the story goes I came across this site by serching the net for something new,, at first it seemed nice to me,,,I did upload some new track to be reviwed,, they did let me wait for awhile so that I decided to cancel my uploads, my two new songs and ,look, soon after I received an e-mail that said, I WAS rejected ,,ok that's fine by me,, but you took a long way guys,, anyway my only trouble was that I experienced this bug thing and I JUST Wanted to let someone else know 'bout that so that if by any chance someone else's had had the same trouble,,,someone there on Thematic ought to do something to fix this thing,, ..

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. After reviewing your notes, we found that the songs you submitted were removed from our system following your own song removal requests. While we did send a follow-up email as part of our regular process, your tracks were not rejected as part of a review. We’d be happy to give them a second try if you’re interested! As for the technical issues you experienced on your computer, we’ve looked into our systems and confirmed there are no indications of any bugs or security risks associated with Thematic. It’s likely these were unrelated, but we understand your concern and always encourage users to share anything unusual they encounter. We’re committed to creating a positive and safe space for artists to share their music and gain meaningful exposure through creator collaborations. If you’d like to revisit Thematic and give it another shot, we’d love to work with you. Thanks again, The Thematic Team

hellothematic is the community and excellent service for me as a music artist to get visible step by step with my idea of classical music compose & play at the piano.

I’m glad there are free music I can access to. The only issue is sometimes the website lags. But it’s still a great alternative for newbie like me
