I have been trying to send back an order I got from here but they wouldn’t send me a shipping label, even though I was willing to pay for it.

Customer mistakenly ordered an audiobook from us through Facebook. She contacted us and wanted us to send her a return shipping label. We replied and let her know that she was welcome to return the item to us for a full refund but we were not responsible for return shipping. She replied: “Well I need to send my order back because I ordered the wrong thing. It says I get a refund but I would have to pay for the shipping label. I’m confused.” We apologized for any confusion and again let her know that she was welcome to return the item to us for a full refund but she would be responsible for paying for the return shipping. After reading her negative review here on Trustpilot we went ahead and issued a full refund for the item and let her know that it wasn't necessary to return the audiobook to us. We did ask that she let us know that she received a refund OK since it was partially refunded through Facebook. We haven’t heard back yet from the customer, since it is the Holiday Season it is very possible that she might be traveling or unable to read or respond to messages. Hopefully she will take the time eventually to remove this review or to change it into a positive. Thanks for listening & Happy Holidays
