I had an excellent experience with DermStreet and their customer service. Unfortunately, my original order did not reach my freight forwarder, even though it was marked as delivered by the carrier. I contacted DermStreet to ask for assistance, and their response was outstanding. The customer care team was kind, professional, and very understanding throughout the entire process. They carefully reviewed the situation, communicated clearly with me, and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. I truly felt valued and supported as a customer. Excellent Customer Care
I received a mixed up order from DermStreet. One extra of something I ordered, and missing another item. The DermStreet team responded very quickly, kindly and helpfully. They immediately shipped the missing product and provided a free shipping label to return the extra item. It was a very easy process, and I really appreciate the responsiveness!

Best skincare store — amazing deals & fast shipping!
