Ordered over 2 weeks ago still havent been told when it will be shipped. Sent 2 emails with no responses in this time. Wouldn't recommend using them.

I purchased a Strivectin neck cream from them. Initially, I was quite amazed by the level of personalized follow-up, to the point that I didn't even realize the product had arrived until their rep sent a text letting me know it had arrived and asking if I was satisfied. Sadly, I was not. There was a finger imprint in the cream. I sent them a picture, and they responded that they would send another. That was twelve days ago. I wrote for an update, and the formerly ever-so-chatty rep support has gone radio silent. So I guess this was wasted money. I've since found the item at a much cheaper price at my local COSTCO, so I can replace it, but this was a fraudulent transaction, and I cannot recommend them.

It has now been 17 days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it. According to the tracking, the package hasn’t even reached Greece yet, even though it was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Honestly, this delivery time is unacceptable for me. I order skincare products regularly, and such long delays disrupt my skincare routine because I rely on these products arriving on time. I placed several orders from the US at around the same time, and all of them arrived about a week ago. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be ordering from this shop again.

All of the products I ordered came with the QR codes scratched off. When I emailed them they said they would check with management and get back to me. I’m sure I’m not the first customer who noticed it but they couldn’t give me an answer as to why. I find that totally unacceptable! First and last purchase!

Using DoorDash delivery service which causing the delay of the shipment due to the “ emergency “ of the driver. Very unprofessional, and will not order from this place again. ( still haven’t received my package yet)

The items I ordered never arrived and when I asked for a replacement the agent denied it and offered a refund only. When I asked if they can honor the discounted price with which I originally ordered (used a mother's day coupon literally for my mother's day gift) she said they don't do that. Makes me think they never sent the items in the first place

I strongly advise you to think twice before ordering from this website. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I want to make sure others don’t go through the same thing. It shows your order is on the way with NO tracking number or more information about the order, it’s been 2 weeks now and there’s absolutely nothing.

Unauthorised Seller. This company has not been approved to sell many of the brands it has listed. I called one of the brands I was interested in to ask if dermstreet.com was an approved site and they said. They also said they couldn't guarantee the safety of the product on the site and advised against purchasing.
