I am still waiting on a refund to be sent to me it was all damaged open everything was wet when I received it called sent pictures they said keep my damage goods they would send out a new order and I could send the damage back at that time have heard nothing have called have sent emails nothing

Hi Elaine, have you reached out to us via email or phone? I tracked the package we resent to you and it appears it is lost in the mail systems. This was a common theme back in July when shipping out of Los Angeles due to the pandemic and USPS issues. I am sorry we were not aware that you never received the package.
