I ordered my product on March 11th and still haven’t received my items as of April 7th. I calledl the company twice and was told they would let me know when they would resend and I have yet to hear from anyone. Frustrated and tired of chasing down my order!

It is very hard to navigate on this website. Too many pop ups and as you try to type something in the search bar, pop ups interrupt the experience and you end up clicking on something else. Also the sold out products don’t show as sold out in the search result, and when you click on it, you learn that the product is out of stock. It needs some work regarding user experience.

I ordered Skinmedica moisturizer. It was easy to order and should arrive in 2 days. I have ordered before and will again.

Zero stars right now. Discount code was not applied to my cc card order....supposed to get 15% off.

Didn’t let me know the items I ordered were delayed because they weren’t actually in stock. First customer service person hung up on me. Second was honest. Customer service reached out after original review and made the situation right. I truly appreciate this.

Tried to put in discount code and it didn’t take. Response Understand your response. It would be helpful if when you put the code in that it states already discounted or product not available for discount. Your phone message asked for codes - RETURN10 and WELCOME15 and 20.
