I applied the discount code for 25%…
I applied the discount code for 25% off, but was given a significantly smaller discount at checkout. This felt like a Bait & Switch. (I emailed the details to support)

Hello Sarah, as stated in all our advertising, our discounts are off the retail value of the product, since our pricing live on the site without a coupon code often changes. HOWEVER, I do see here that you did not receive enough discount to equal the 25% off, for this we apologies.
