The products are the best on market today but most their problems arise from customer service problems. I give them five stars still because I pay for good product. They answer in 24-48 hours which is acceptable but sometimes they take longer.

Some of the best skincare I’ve used
I have now purchased several products from DermalMD. All of them were top-notch! I’ve found the best results with the Blemish Serum, the Under Eye Treatment, and the Varicose Veins Serum, but everything I have tried thus far has shown actual results and are not irritating to my generally sensitive skin. I would definitely recommend these products to my friends & family!

Best but with caveat
This is, by far, the best oroduct line out there. I would give a million stars to this website, but they are consistently out of product. I get it there us a huge demand plus the ingredients are of highesr wiality and may be also hard to source but its the most annoying people thing. Order a lot in advance because these treatments go quickly .

Fake reviews
I was considering buying their lightening serum. Went to their website to read reviews since their product was not available on Amazon. I started noticing the same grammatical flaws in so many of the reviews so I was suspicious that they were fake. Then I read an identical one that had a different name on it, proof that my hunch was correct. I will not be purchasing.

I had several friends who ordered before and I been ordering for months now and I can say that this product line is one of the best out there. But they have to work on their shipping times and also their website is slow. I would rather wait longer to receive a treatment that actually works then get something in 24 hours that is a waste of money.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dermalmd abysmal skin care company, and I cannot emphasize enough just how dreadful they are. This company is nothing short of a disgrace. They are like vultures preying on hardworking individuals, eagerly gobbling up their money while delivering absolutely nothing in return.
Their marketing tactics are not just deceptive; they are outright fraudulent. It's truly sickening how they resort to using fake profiles on platforms like Facebook to lure unsuspecting customers into their web of deceit. These fake female profiles are just the tip of the iceberg. They also employ a group of individuals who seem to have nothing better to do than to flood various platforms with identical comments and glowing reviews, all designed to prop up this terrible company.
One particular individual, Mahmudur Rahman, stands out as a prime example of the kind of mindless devotion these unscrupulous marketers exhibit. He tirelessly shares inane content from the company's profile, seemingly oblivious to the fact that he's contributing to the promotion of such a shady operation.
