Never had any problems! Such a great experience with these tickets!!

Lost our tickets to the derby when the airline made us check our carry on bags at the last minute, forgot to grab our tickets and the bag with the tickets ended up in Philadelphia. The people at Derby Box were very helpful, they had tickets for comparable seats delivered to our hotel in about an hour on the afternoon before the derby and all done at no extra charge.

Overall we had a good experience but there were a couple of problems. First of all, we booked our reservation almost a year in advance and it included a two night stay and a bourbon tour on Friday night. When it got closer to Derby time, the bourbon tour we booked was changed to Thursday night and we were not notified of the change. When we found out, they had automatically changed us to the Thursday timeframe which did not work for us. Then they tried to switch us to an all-day tour on Friday which did not work for us either. We ended up cancelling that part of the reservation and they were very nice about returning our money. Also, the hotel we stayed in was old and needed to be updated. We had specified two queen beds and when we got there we got a room with a king bed and desk. -- ok but not what we asked for. The shuttle bus to the Derby was fine but coming back from the Derby was not. The shuttle bus driver dropping us off that morning told us he would pick us up at the very same place he dropped us off. When the Derby was over, we proceeded to walk back to the place where we were dropped off. When we called the hotel for pickup they told us they were going to pick us up in a completely different location near a church which we had no idea how to get to and also it was a long walk to finally get there since we had already walked to the original location. We were a little disappointed in our Derbybox experience and may choose to make our own reservations in the future. However, the Derby experience was great!

So glad we used DerbyBox.com to book our trip to the Derby! Everything was perfect and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make the Derby off of their bucket list like we did!

The only thing that would have made it better was an arranged way to get from the hotel to the track! That was a nightmare!!
