my dress is way too small! I am bigger than I thought! how do I return it?

I ordered 3 cotton-blend dresses. I know fabric (!) and IF the dresses have any cotton in the fabric, it is a minuscule amount - not enough to be called cotton blend! The polyester fabric is cheap, shipment was about a month (!) and the garment quality poor, and size/fit inconsistent at best: one item fit well and the others were tight- all size M). I complained and Derandy defended the fabric as cotton blend, and said they would refund $15 from an order over $100! NOT AS ADVERTISED!!!

I received the lovely navy white dress and am happy with the size small. (Sizing is quite generous) The fabric is soft and light and it won’t need ironing. My only worry is there is no fabric care label on the dress so I will wash it in cold water.

I like the clothes advertised but the package had no info on returning anything that doesn't fit and had no washing or care instructions which is very important.

Dresses were very cute snd as described. However, perhaps due to differences among cultures, the sleeve width was too narrow on the 2XL and I regretfully had to return. After a little back snd forth they agreed to refund when I shipped dresses back.

The dress fits fine but I’m disappointed in the fabric. It feels like wearing clothes made from plastic. Seller should state type of fabric in the ad.

Very happy with the tops I purchased. The size is correct and seems like good quality. Would order from this website again.
