My Experience trying to make a return and get credit has been horrible. In my experience their claim of money back guarantee is a complete sham. I bought 2 dresses for $ 86. After about 10 emails requesting a return authorization form (as they warn you not to return anything without that) - they offered me a $ 10 credit and suggested I give the dresses away.

I am not displeased with the clothes, on the contrary! They will be lovely summer dresses for years to come still, BUT I was shocked to see that there are NO LABELS whatsoever. No labels how to care for the dresses, washing them at what degree, at 30 or 40 degree C? Also, what is the material, certainly a blend, but what? I thought that nothing could be sold in the EU NOR in the USA without this information. In other words, to me it's a legal issue and I am not pleased with that!

None of the items I ordered were as described. Dresses described as cotton were pure polyester and thin; not at all like the picture. After several emails they agreed to reimburse less than 50%. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I would not have risked it.

I love the colors of the tops, pretty true to size.

Fits perfectly and fabric is pretty as pictured. Kind of odd (and illegal in US) not to have any tags inside Re fabric, where it’s made, and brand. I had to hunt through emails to find where us ordered it from.
