Out of 4 items 1 fit. Turns out I should have ordered a Large instead of Medium. I am 5'5" and 136 1lbs, and a Medium was too tight on top.

Hello, my shopping experience was great, I really enjoyed the models offered. However I am trying to get in touch with Derandy Service Dept. to get a return authorization and finding it very difficult as, their email address given on the site cannot be found. Can someone from your organization respond to this message. Even the phone number given on your web page +852 8199 0571 is not responding. I will also send copy of this to who might want to help with my Order #3284616 return and reimbursement or an exchange, as they do not fit. Thank you

My experience with Derandy gets a low rating. First of all when asked where you manufacture and ship from, you said Greenwood, IN. THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED IN A CHINESE MAILER. WITH MADE IN CHINA PRINTED ON IT! I emailed you several times and asked why the order is taking so long. You said one item is not available at this time. I asked to have a refund on that item and it was granted. It took another 10 days before I received my items. Once I finally received the two maxi dresses and top, I was pleased with the quality and fit. Downside is there are no Fabric content tags on the clothing. They arrived two days before going on vacation.

Didn't care for the cheap material

It took "47" days and "42" emails back and forth and contacting PayPal to receive my order. Which was very frustrating, because customer service kept telling me it was shipped. It originated in California going to Greenwood IN. My address was not shown as the final destination. With that said, the quality of the clothing is excellent. If your company would tell customers it could be up to 6 week for delivery there would be much less upset. After I received my order, I contacted customer service requesting an exchange. That transaction has not been completed yet, but I am hopeful. If the exchange goes well, I'll order again, because the quality is excellent.

very long shipping time

I was frustrated with the delivery schedule and thought about cancelling the order several times. However, the Derandy customer service assured me the item was in the process of being delivered and asked me to have patience. So, I had a lot of patience. But it was worth it in the end because the item was delivered, looked exactly as shown when I ordered it and is of good quality.

The quality and design of this companies products is five star. This was my second order with them and everything is as good as the advertisement. The shipping however is terrible. Why does it take three weeks from the time it is shipped to the time it arrives at my door? Even if they walked it here it would arrive faster. So, don't order from them if you are in a hurry. Otherwise, go ahead, place your orders and just know when it eventually comes you will love it!
