If I could give zero stars I would. The quality is very poor. When I wanted to return the dresses they would not. Finally I sent them registered mail to the address they gave me in April. The package was returned to sender yesterday, August. Still no refund. Just don't use this company. Expensive lesson learned.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to return 2 of the 8 items I ordered due to size issues. They offered me the dresses and would refund $12.00 each. I ordered in February 2022, still NO credit to my account but e-mails saying a credit was made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased 5 dresses and two tops. It took 3 months to arrive! I contacted them several times while waiting. They kept telling me they were in transit. After they finally arrived the merchandise was awful. I would not wear. Inferior fabric and fit. To return you need to get a code from them. They will not respond with the code. There is no phone# anywhere! They do not respond to emails.

I wish I would have read reviews, specifically about the returns. Everything you read about with requesting the RMA is true. Only correspondence is through an email that takes days to respond. My last email was "Can we compensate you $10 and you keep the dress?" The dress does not fit!! Don't do it!

DO NOT BUY FROM DERANDY!! I ordered 3 dresses in my usual size. They arrived - eventually - but were very tight across the chest. This has not been a problem; I'm not huge up top. But I am also not flat-chested! My toital was $119. I contacted them via a WEIRD online form that generated strange auto replies from xborderecommerce - no idea what this is. When I FINALLY heard back about my request for return instructions, they said I would be refunded $18. and should keep the dresses. I don't WANT the dresses. And THAT is a flat-out RIP-OFF!!! Respectable businesses (1) deal with customers directly and (2) offer refunds with a possible deduction for a shipping charge. Nowhere on their website do they warn that refunds are not possible. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Don't buy from this company, or its differently-named companies with the same products! I wish I had thought to look for reviews before making a purchase! Very inconsistent sizing of 2 dresses, both size medium - one too small, other huge - and very annoying smell. As others noted, the return policy is a joke. They offered me $15 "compensation" for my $82 purchase. And that purchase had a currency exchange fee on my credit card for about $5.00. Total rip-off!

Return policy basically non existent. Got one reply asking for SKU# after attempting to make contact with 3 emails. Provided info they requested immediately. No further replies after another 2 emails. Basically your stuck with your purchase. They have no valid return policy. They lied.

I wanted to return two tops within the 30 day return policy. I requested the return authorization. This is their reply. I will never order from them again. Dear customer: Sorry for giving you an unpleasant shopping experience. We can give you $12 for compensation. Can you keep these products? Thanks for your understanding.
