The worst dental insurance ever I have had this dental insurance gl for some years in addition, Have receive no dental care. Just about the dental offices wil not this plan i made several compliants phone calls moreover. None of concerns being addressed. I am need of dental care ASAP and l will be writing a letter to The Better Business Office

Received a call from this provider Saturday and Sunday. When we spoke the women operator enlightened me that we are on a recorded line. She then told me my request for a crown was declined. I then asked who I can contact for more information and she sucked her teeth and hung up the phone on me. I called back and the automatic operator said the company isn't open on the weekends. Then who called me? The worst costumer service EVER in a time of medical need. Disgusting!

Do not switch to Dentatrust - results in no coverage for dental work for a year (on a year policy?!?) due to "waiting period." I had Blue Cross/Blue Shield through end of 2021. Beginning 2022, I made the mistake of switching to Dentatrust. Their "waiting period" is 1 year which, for a 1 year policy, rendered my coverage meaningless.

In searching for a dentist who provides service to adult Medicare patients, I was directed to DentaQuest for resources. I was happy that there was a one minute wait. Kenny, the CSR, was very attentive, friendly, upbeat, and helpful (the reason for 2 stars) however all of the information provided is outdated. I called a second time and spoke with another CSR, Adren, who was also very professional but offered the same information. The offices all stated that they have contacted the service but there has not been any updates. This is especially important since dental was added to Medicaid just recently.
