What I’m seeing in your reviews are alarming! I received a letter from you about a security breach in May of this year. I was in the process of filling out the form on your website and something told me to check you out before doing so and I’m glad I did. I’ve never used your services and don’t know how you got my information. For 1 I never gave SS number to any dentist, optometrist or Dr. And I never had one ask for it so how would they get it, but you ask for it twice on your id monitoring service application. I can understand the reasoning for it but why is it needed twice?

In searching for a dentist who provides service to adult Medicare patients, I was directed to DentaQuest for resources. I was happy that there was a one minute wait. Kenny, the CSR, was very attentive, friendly, upbeat, and helpful (the reason for 2 stars) however all of the information provided is outdated. I called a second time and spoke with another CSR, Adren, who was also very professional but offered the same information. The offices all stated that they have contacted the service but there has not been any updates. This is especially important since dental was added to Medicaid just recently.
