It was easy to navigate the webpage
It was easy to navigate the webpage, I thought the price was good, (always want it to be less of course!) and the shipping took awhile, but did not present a problem.

I ordered a refurbished dental chair
I ordered a refurbished dental chair. It arrived with a couple of minor issues. Dental Planet has totally impressed me with their outstanding customer service! I’m a satisfied repeat customer! Try them out.

IT TOOK A LONG TIME.
I didn't realize that they do not have the products they say they have in stock. Perhaps it is stuff that they have, but has not (yet) been refurbished until someone expresses interest. At any rate, it took a really long time for me to get my piece of equipment because after I purchased it (and paid for it), they told me they had to refurbish it. It was about four months from the time I ordered it, and when I finally received it. It has worked great so far!

Dental Planet is quick to take an order, and assure delivery. Dental Planet is plagued by service after the sale! We are happy with the products, but disturbed by the follow up.

Mr. McCauley, of all of the items on your shipment, it appears we were late on shipping your track lights. There was uncertainty in which location the lights would be installed and we didn’t want to take a chance on providing equipment that was not a correct fit. That delay was not communicated, and for that, we apologize. Thanks again for your understanding, and please know we use this feedback to help improve moving forward.
