Ross Shaw at Dental Planet is the best
Ross Shaw-have done multiple tansactions with him over the years. Always prompt returning calls, texts and emails. Delivers on time, as expected and on budget. If there are any issues, he fixes it fast. Our last purchase, called Patterson multiple times for a competitive bid to put next to Ross’. After a month Patterson still had nothing to show us.

read the fine print and ask questions
Nick was doing everything he could to try to fix the issues that we had but to no avail. We purchase a delivery unit that was missing some key components and two Belmont X-ray units. One was delivered with a bad mother board and the other was not long enough to reach the chair in a standard sized operatory they want a restocking fee and I have Already paid the technician to be in the office twice installing these items. Though I was Saving some money but in the end should have stayed with the the larger distributors. On the bright side the chair works!!

Dear sir, First, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We take these seriously and are always trying to improve. We regret that we weren’t able to meet your expectations with this order. We always perform two quality control tests prior to anything being shipped, so we believe the x-ray control unit was damaged during transit. Regarding the x-ray unit not reaching your chair, these units are available with various arm lengths. It was unfortunate the length was not specified and what you received was not long enough for your treatment room layout. Replacing the arm with a longer length was certainly an option. Finally, you were missing items from your new delivery unit. We offered expedited shipping on these items, but you declined. We also offered to pay your tech’s labor bill for any return trips for the repair. Again, we apologize for not meeting your expectations on this order.

It was a pleasure dealing with Dental Planet. They took care of everything and it's not easy shipping to Hawaii. The equipment showed up on time and in perfect shape. I definitely will be using them again!
