Their online info is very clear showing policy inclusions and exclusions and their phone customer service is also amazing. They answer the phone and call back...seems like stateside phone customer service, at least for the sign up part.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. My dentist says (and showed me evidence of) needing a crown on an upper premolar. Submitted pre approval. They said they would pay $0 of the almost $1700 cost. My dentist sent in more information, xrays, pictures, etc. They STILL will pay a whopping $0!!!!!! Avoid this SCAM of a company who takes your money and pays NOTHING! Even for yearly cleaning they pay less than ANY other insurance company I've ever had in my 68 years!!! I am a U.S. Airforce retiree - spent 20 years in service to our country. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!!

During the whole life I was afraid of attending a dentist. I dunno know why, perhaps I have never faced a true professional when I was a child and who had no idea how to operate with children correctly. Anyway, recently I wanted to pass a check up of my teeth in order to be convinced that everything is okay with them. I have chosen this clinic and applied to it. The dentists here turned out to be real professionals. It was the very first time in my life when all my fear vanished after I crossed the door. Awesome service, they helped me to get rid of my fear which followed me since childhood.
