Made enrollment very east. Now I wait and see how it truly works.

Sales rep gave me the wrong information. I explained that I would be using an out of network dentist. But she assured me that I would get 100% of cleaning if it was the accepted amount ins will cover. Got teeth cleaned. Was charged $88. Details from claim said Delta’s accepted charge was $88. They then paid only $44. When questioned they said they won’t pay in full because of the out of network. I explained that was not what I was told. I made it extremely clear to the sales assoc. because I knew I was going to use an out of network provider. They said they were very sorry. Also, the claim forms are extremely confusing and having to mail it is ridiculous in today’s world. Why can’t I email them? If the $88 was the accepted amount I feel that’s what they should pay. Or at the very least tell your sales staff to get it right and not just want to sign someone up. Yes, I’m upset!

The customer service representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I was not sure what plan to select; however, the representative advised me to speak to a salesperson to further assist me with selecting a plan, and I am happy I did. She answered my questions and at no time I felt pressured or obligated to select a certain plan.
