Would appreciate the promise of a written contract to be received in the mail within 3 days. Want to verify the online pricing in writing, otherwise satisfied with the monthly pricing when confirmed by the contract. Online does not provide an address for mailing monthly payments.

The process was easy but now I can’t find anything about my policy. No policy number or anything. Got an email saying that I would be sent the needed info within 1-2 business days and it’s been over 3 days.

I was told to contact Delta Dental directly about waiving the waiting period for the new dental plan because I was previously a Corporate Delta Dental plan member whose COBRA benefits ended on March 31st. I was then transferred to Delta Dental who had no idea what a Platinum for Everyone plan was and could not see any information of a new plan signup. I then had to call DentalInsurance.com again only to find out that I should have been directed to Morgan White insurance underwriter and at that only after 48 hours so my new plan request would be on their system. So one agent was knowledgeable, other had bad/wrong information and wasted my time

THE 1ST PERSON I SPOKE TO TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE A PLAN 245. I SAID IT WAS ON YOUR WEB SITE. I WAS NOT GOING TO ARGUE SO I HAD HER SWITCH ME TO SOMEONE ELSE. HIS NAME WAS I BELIEVE WAS CASEY? HE TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME. HE SAID WE DO HAVE A 245 PLAN.

I called a week ago to inform America’s that my husband had passed away. I told them I wanted to cancel his part of our dental plan, but keep me on the plan. They asked me to send a death serificate which I did, but they never said anything about my plan being terminated as well. I received a letter from America’s on Saturday 5/2/26 saying that my plan had been terminated as well! I had to call today and learned that I needed to sign up for a plan for myself. They switched me to sales to do that, but he had no knowledge of my previous plan ,but told me I would have to go back to customer service to request credit for that plan being applied to my new plan. Very cumbersome and unfair way to treat along time customer!

I gave the rating of 3. It was easy to sign up for the Dental plan online. It takes 28 to 48 hours for the confirmation email on my coverage. If everything goes good with that, the process was easy.
