This company is the worse I’ve ever had. Every time I called I received a different answer. Had this insurance for 2 years and they never paid a dime. According to some I was going out of network but if I recall correctly that means more money out of pocket for me which was fine since I’ve had the same dentist for so many years. They never even paid for any of my cleanings ! When the dentist office sent paperwork for pre-estimate it was never received according to them, even thought it was sent 7 times ! Had a broken molar and they refused to pay any amount, but that bill they did receive and denied very quickly. Think twice about using this company it’s the biggest scam. Two years taking my money no questions asked but when it came to pay always an excuse !

If you are looking for seemless dental coverage, go direct to the source. This company takes your cc information and email, but then does not explain the policies well NOR do they make sure that your covered based on your needs and expectations that are communicated.
