Effective communication and explanations

FAST AND PROFESSIONAL, HIGHLY RECOMEND

Not quite sure, I received a summary from company showing what was covered, with a statement that implied I may have to pay even more than what I already paid at the office, thinking I had been told that the amount I paid was my part, only to receive this. Enough said, unless this is a mistake or things get better: I may just rethink this- doesn't seem to be what I had expected, I don't waste money, I work to hard for it.

Experience was good. Bit confusing to compare the differences among the policies. I would highly recommend that you speak to an agent to sign up to a specific policy. It took me a few attempts to have an agent call me back but it was worth the effort.

Rubin was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I kept looking online to find a policy, but it seemed so overwhelming. After a month or so, I finally called. Rubin helped me narrow down my options, and I believe I have the best policy for me. Thank you, Rubin, for your great customer service!
