I must of hit wrong button and ordered wrong size . They said it was my fault so cannot return it and reorder. So they said give it away and be out $30.00 . But they look forward to me ordering again. No that's funny.

Pitiful customer service, They cant tell me where items are and why they have been travelling all around Australia for past 2 weeks. Their courier wont respond to them and the items have gone missing and I want a refund! I will contact my bank tomorrow to report fraudulent transactions! Dont go near this lot!

My ordered package never arrived and when I tried to track it, the tracking number supplied appeared to be invalid and the customer service bot claimed not to recognise my email address, so I could go no further.

Do not trust this company. They up the price when they charge your credit card and prevent you from canceling. SCAM company clearly based in China!

If I could give this a 0 I would. This company will not let you refund their cheap garbage - they set up a fake ad and send you something that is made of trash. you can not return it after multiple attempts to get a return label. Do not buy from them - ever.
