I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. What I received did not match what I reasonably believed I was purchasing. My first order arrived missing a major part of the design shown in the product photos. After I pushed back, they sent a replacement, but the replacement contained altered imagery, garbled and misspelled text, and did not accurately reproduce the artwork it was supposed to feature. I provided comparison photos and requested a refund, but they refused. I ultimately contacted my credit card company and thankfully received a partial credit. The entire experience was frustrating and misleading, and I would never order from this company again. Look very carefully at what you are purchasing before giving them your money.

Ordered a Dylan Cease sweatshirt and it’s completely missing the design on the back of the sweatshirt. Cost me $75 US.

I ordered a Noah Kahan T-shirt,” for his upcoming tour, paid international shipping and waited weeks for it to arrive and the T-shirt is completely different to what I ordered. The T-shirt is not cotton as shown and described on the product page. Terrible quality and cheap material considering it cost me $50 USD

I’ve placed three orders through this company, but unfortunately, only one order was fulfilled. The hat I received was great, exactly as described & seems to be made quite well. After the first successful purchase, I ordered another hat. A week after ordering, I checked the tracking status and learned that my order had been cancelled and refunded, but I had not received any communication regarding this cancellation until I reached out to the company directly. The company advised that it was a system error on their end, so I re-ordered the same hat. After 2 weeks, I checked the tracking for the new order, and it was still processing, despite being in the expected delivery timeframe. I reached out to the company regarding the status of my order, and they advised that the order had been cancelled once again, and they were unable to issue a refund at that time due to their payment gateway being locked. Long story short: their products are great, if you ever receive them.

I received a great service, the t-shirt I ordered was dispatched very quickly and arrived to me here in the UK within two weeks. I did contact customer services via email early evening on a Friday as my tracking stopped working, and received an email back on the Monday, just after my package arrived, so great customer service too.

The quality of the handbag is excellent! The leather is soft and I absolutely love it.

I purchased 2 handbags and both are great quality and uniquely made, which I love. The shipping was very quick.
