I had a good experience overall. Ordered a part for my harley when the package arrived it looked like a mouse chewed threw the box and on the part itself. Called on a saturday was informed i had to call back on a weekday to resolve. Upon calling again the receptionest handled my concerns and im currently waiting on my new part.
