Double charged my account for 775$ 2 times 2 different methods. Told me its not their problem. And its been 5 days and the items haven't even shipped yet so I can return them for a refund. Sadly this almost every time I use the place. I emailed them right after the purchase and asked for a cancelation they waited 3 days to get back to me to basically say tuff shit. Horrible business

Part sold as having “installation marks” arrived damaged, bent, and missing parts. Two separate calls to customer service and two separate emails and they have made zero effort to resolve the problem. Every person I have spoken to has either transferred me to another section, told me the correct section was not available, or told me they would have to talk to another department and would email me but have not responded to me. Customer service is non existent.

I ordered a wrap around seat for my Harley with the understanding it had a few blemishes so it was labeled "open box". I received it yesterday and there is severe damage to this. There is no way this can be used safely. I understood that open box items were not returnable but this is ridiculous. The pictures they posted on their website for this item did not come close to showing the significant damage it has. I can't believe they even sold this at a reduced price!!

I entered the make model year of my bike then it recommended and sold me the wrong size tire. Now it wants me to spend the better part of my morning try to get my money back by standing in line at a fedex 50 miles away. Avoid these losers

Good responce time on shipping. Items came as they should. One item was on back order which they stated and it arrived as it should. The one star comes from the warranty policy. I spent 4k wit them. One item was a sliver tooth RG headlight close to $800.had the light installed by a lic dealer. The light goes out in less than a year. Call Dennis Kirk. Smitt the warranty clam wit Katie H very nice customer service. 2 emails then the communication stop another email no response. I had to contact Hogwarts myself to submit a warranty claim directly through them to get my replacement headlight. No issues. With hogwaorks. 2 days and it was in fedex hands. I’m sure Dennis Kirk will say they talked to hogworks and got the clam smitted lol right. They have lost a customer for sure.

I’ve been a more reluctant customer of Dennis Kirk for more than 15 years. I am tax exempt, the exemption never expires, they've had it in their system for years. They are always a problem as they claim to routinely "purge" their tax-exempt files. I sent it again yesterday, and received an email back saying they processed it, asking for me to call and place the order as their online systems can't handle tax exemptions. Just called to order, tax exemption wasn't on file as they said. Was transferred to "customer service" who was extremely rude, asking if I'd submitted the exemption. Turns out it was the same woman, Sandy Boerner, that had sent me the e-mail stating the tax exemption had been processed. I’d been trying to give them my $450.00 for 2 Michelin tires and I’m done. I’ve never worked so hard to try to give somebody my money, and I will no longer.

I placed my order after choosing Dennis Kirk because they advertise same-day shipping. I paid the full amount immediately and expected the order to be processed as promised. Instead, my order disappeared from my account, I couldn’t track it, and the website kept saying “Order not found.” I received no shipping confirmation, no valid tracking number, and no proac tive communication from the company. Only after I contacted customer service did they investigate and admit that my order had apparently been shipped on the wrong trailer, meaning it was effectively lost before it ever reached me. Their solution was to either resend the order or refund my payment. While customer service responded quickly and was polite, that does not make up for the poor order handling. Customers should not have to discover that their order is missing by chasing customer support themselves. Advertising same-day shipping means very little if the order never arrives, has no working tracking number, disappears from the customer’s account, and the customer is left wondering what happened. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company with such a strong reputation. I cannot recommend Dennis Kirk based on this experience.

I had ordered brake pads a couple months ago for the back of my bike and I couldn’t even remember what ones they were so I called them to order ones for the front and goes. Oh yeah I can see right here from your phone number and I said well I would like those Lyndale gold pads for my front OK I paid for them. We’ll get them right out and I got them. I think I ordered on Thursday. I got them the following Monday didn’t look at the box. I didn’t mean like it was you know you need to my buddy was coming over Friday to put them on for me. He lives about an hour away and he started to put them on and he goes these pads are Wright and I said what do you mean? I looked at them and I said those look like rears didn’t get any look the box they are so they sit the wrong pat well by the time we got there and we were doing this it was after their hours it closed so I called first thing Saturday morning and see about getting this fixed I mean is their fault they obviously knew what I wanted because he team wanted already ordered and they messed it up from the get-go because they didn’t even choose the right part to send it wasn’t like it was the wrong part was pulled and sent. No, the whole order was wrong and I never even got a receipt from them. You know a shipping receipt in box so when I called Saturday morning, I had a girl tell me proceed to tell me why can’t help your day you’ll have to call back on Monday. Customer service isn’t here… I said you’re open aren’t you and she goes? Yeah we’re open for sales. I said well this was a sale and she kept arguing with me. She hung phone and then I called back and I talked to no lady I was really upset at this point and she proceeded to explain to me how they were doing things she said I don’t like it but you know and I said I get it. I said I’m gonna talk to the manager on Monday and let him know my thoughts cause I work for Autozone and there’s no way if we met as a mistake we would leave that customer hanging. We would try to fix it right then in there so I talked to the manager over customer service very rude. He was rude from the get-go of course I’m sure that girl that told him I’d called Saturday and he said well you came in here yelling and scream employees you’re not gonna do that. I said your employees made a mistake and then they didn’t even explain to me why they couldn’t fix it on Saturday and I said you’re giving me attitude right now and got pretty heated well I’ll think I’m with my Wright. I’m the customer and I told him I said you know I didn’t mess this up you guys did and I told him where I worked how we fix it. I fixed the problem for a guy at 9 o’clock at night one time when he came in and he paid for part supposed to be there and it wasn’t there and we couldn’t get it, but I made sure it was there first thing in the morning. I told him maybe you guys need to learn that we’re just Dennis Kirk we don’t work that way we don’t do that. I said I’m gonna write a review that’s when he threatened to print out our phone conversation and all that I’ll just put that I said I don’t care what you put out there dude cause I’m not wrong. You’re in the wrong so they make I don’t threats when you tell them that you’re going to review them and do this and he said what do you want the other pads or not so I’m not buying anything from you after that he goes. We’ll just refund you the money and I send your refund label. Guess what I’m gonna do. I’m not sending the pads back they want them then come to my house and get them and they will not charge me for them because I’m gonna make a call to my credit card company and do a stop payment on them. You know people like this should not even be in business or customer service. The funny thing is when I start doing this review guess what I found 1.8 out of 45 stars and it’s not just here. It’s on every review site out there. What’s the number one complaint rude customer service imagine that. Update that manager who is rude and an is trying to lie about the whole thing. The whole response just look at all of the other reviews about their customer service. It’s not me with an ax grind. It’s their arrogance go to Amazon. You can get the same freaking parts $20 cheaper and get free shipping on them. That’s what I did or go to J&B cycles. I’ve never had one issue with him at all and I’ve already ordered four more parts from JNB that I have Dennis Kirk. Also that smart mouse said he was gonna send me a shipping label so I can send them back and refund me on the brakes. He didn’t do it. I had to call back and tell him to send me a shipping label and I still don’t have it and if they don’t send me a shipping label I’m gonna get the charge reversed with my credit card company and I’m gonna show them all the evidence I have and my credit card is a very good company and they will reverse the charges. I guarantee it. Like I said, you can either believe him or me and the dozens of other complaints about their customer service that speaks volumes right there
