Wrong part. I ordered a clutch cable for my 1983 fxrs took my old cable off measured the outside body and the cable length. Bought one in the description that was the same as the one I took off. Shopped in the garage said it fit my bike. The cable body was 2in too Short and the cable was an inch and a half too long. I was not able to adjust it to get it to work. Waste of 70 dollars. Had to shime it up with washers cuz I need to ride over the holiday weekend. Paid extra for a quick shipping and the package did arrive 2 days earlier then stated but it was the wrong part. Very disappointed should have gone through my local dealership.

Was looking at a new helmet on the website and actually put it in my cart but did not complete purchase as I wasn’t quite sure. A few days later I get an e mail offering 10% off to complete purchase with a code. I decided to do the purchase only to find out the 10% off was a come on. It would not accept the code. I called Dennis Kirk and was told they cannot give the discount on this item. I asked why the email and was told that’s a marketing issue and she doesn’t know why they do that. I do. Lady on the call was nice enough but had no answer for me. Just be aware of these false claims of discounts when using this site.

They show availability on things they do not have on hand. Example- Overpants that nobody else showed having a specific size on hand, DK showed as available only to find out a week later and only after contacting them for status that the pants are on back order until next year. I canceled my order

I had previously ordered a seat from J&P cycles . I was told it was in stock and it wasnt . So I called Dennis Kirk and they said they would price match seat and I should expect a 81 dollar refund. a week goes by still no refund .I called on 6/1/2022 and the lady i spoke with says they dont price match with J&P cycle but she would transfer me to the lady I dealt wth first and I ended up leaving a voicemail and wait till 6/2/2022 to call back around 12:15 est. The lady I then spoke with told me they did in fact price match J&P cycle but being the seat wasnt in stock I wouldnt get a price match refund. I explained it wasnt in stock when i placed the order with Dennis Kirk but was told I would get price match refund. Long story short with all the misinformation I was told . I will not be getting my 81 dollar refund . I will no longer be doing business with Dennis Kirk . I usually had no issues till this and I know Im only one person . But they couldve gave me store credit or something to have made this right . But they dont care if I shop with them or not . If they did they wouldve stood behind their word on my refund.

Bought a saddle an gel seat and it was terrible. Never used it and used the return label. They said they sent me a refund thru PayPal. 6 days later and nothing. They said the refund was minus the return shipping. I asked what about the $7 tax I paid. They said they didn’t charge any tax. Well I paid 89 plus tax. They said eBay must have charged me the tax and I would have to get it from them. Called eBay, very nice girl, and she said that is not true. I had already bought a pro pad gel seat from Dennis Kirk before the other had been delivered back to them. I was going to buy another for drivers seat…..not now..I will buy it from jp cycle. Don’t do business with Dennis Kirk!!

My front wheel arrived from China before my back one arrives. It came with two dents. Because lock down was happening and shops were closed I couldn't fit my wheels so took two month to be able to see that damage and when I emailed them they said it was passed the warranty. Then I sent photos and videos and they said they couldn't see it. I was also emailing China probably because she couldn't even speak English properly. Another USA company sold to cheap Chinese products.

Spent about a half hour on the phone with a Tec. to make sure the LED tail/brake light assembly would fit. I was promised an exact fit. The part arrived and " IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I NEEDED". Very disappointed and wasted a lot of time. I am getting a full refund BUT STILL????????

I placed an order for a fender mount luggage rack for my 2012 Sportster 1200C and was assured it would fit my bike and match up with the holes in the fender provided by HD for the seat. Paid $55.48 including shipping. The holes don't match up so I returned the luggage rack unused. My refund was only for $39.50. That being said it cost me $15.98 to try a fender rack that I was assured would fit but doesn't. I still don't have a luggage rack for my bike and I'm out $15.98. I personally will never order from Dennis Kirk again. I don't enjoy throwing money away. Buy from Dennis Kirk at your own risk.
