Been shopping through them for 33 years!
That's right, 33 years. Started using then when I was a teenager and built up a garage service biz for my self fixing friends bikes and then others bikes as word spread, Got a lot of replacement and customizing parts through them, always had lightning fast service, good customer service, excellent catalogs and good prices. Never a problem with a product and when I made a mistake on an item, they recieved it back and sent a corrected selection without a hassle. Thing about ANY mail order purchase is this: KNOW what you're ordering, and BE PATIENT in dealing with a company. You're not the ONLY person they have to tend to. If you don't know what you're buying, it's not their fault, just be man enough to admit you'd made a mistake. Now my son buys thrugh them and he's been satisfied with them as well.
