The shoes where very high quality and super comfortable to wear and walk in!

Ordered the FUNN-15 platforms in black. They arrived with one of the silver heart attachments already missing on the right sandal. I could've worked with that. But as soon as I put them on and walk in them, one of the silver hearts on the left sandal breaks and half of it falls off, leaving a sharp half behind. Next day, the remaining right one pops off in the same fashion. Now I'm down to one heart. Sent them an email, day of them arriving with pictures of the sandals before I put them on, one piece already missing. Never received a reply back.

So cute!! I would definitely size up. I made the mistake of sizing down (im around a 6.5) and had to exchange, but the return process is pretty painless!

Usually a 7 so I got an 8 bc they are platforms but they were still too small

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, i emailed and got a very unhelpful message back saying they don’t do exchanges. The boots came with info about refunds so I said I wanted a refund than an exchange.. Then told I need to pay the expensive postage back, understandable as it’s my fault but I paid £130 total and thought I would get back more than total of £47, deducting £51 postage, when it says the post costs £26.92, so I technically lost all my money by posting them back. And ignored my messages asking why. Better customer service would be appreciated.

Got this pair of boots for prom and they're amazing! They're surprisingly easy to adjust to (this was my first pair of this big of platforms) and look absolutely fantastic. The box did arrive slightly torn but the product itself and the bag protecting it were completely fine.
