Absolutely love the shoes. They arrived on time and they made sure that I had constant updates making sure my shoes would arrive on time! They arrived and looked amazing! I’ve received so many compliments on them in the past few days

Update and rating edit - Has been resolved by the company and agents. Although the process was much more difficult than other companies customer service. Received stained white camel boots, emailed within 30 minutes of delivery with photos of issue and delivery notification just minutes prior. Agent said they would see what they can do, it's has been days since last response. YOU pay for returning damaged goods as well. I have sent in the number of the shoe as well. They are cheap, customer service will not assist, charge for returns and refunds even if its their own manufacturer issues.

Ok, as usual, I love every shoe I’ve gotten from Demonia Cult. The only issue I’ve had, and this has happened with 2/3 pairs now, is that the shoe laces snapped. On the first pair, it took a few months, the second pair though, they snapped on the 3rd or 4th time putting them on. I’ve had to buy new laces for both of them, which can be quite hard when they’ve got so many eyelets. That being said, I will still be buying from them because the shoes are amazing, just wish they had better laces.

such a cute pair of shoes! at first they hurt a lil bit to walk in but after i wore them the second time it was much better. i think u just need 2 break into them a little bit. ive had creepers before and i had the same experience, one thing that stayed the same was to buy a size up (they r a little tight to get into) and wear two pairs of socks. but theyre very good for just simple shoes that still look very cool and finish an outfit.

Now they are amazing shoes the only down fall is the elastic band but other than that I wear them every other day.
