Demonia CultReviews of demoniacult.com

Never disappoint, I love these shoes SO much and they are so cute. Comfortable and easy to walk in as well. I’m a 8.5 but I tend to size down in the swings and camels and an 8 I found has been perfect for me in my Demonia size !

Fast refund, fast shipping, friendly customer service and quality products.

I have purchased a size 10, and according to their labelling. But surprisingly, when I tried them on, they were too big for me. After measuring them I found the lengths were not the expected ones for that shoe size. I didn’t think it was fair that I have to put up with a wrong-labelled product or pay a ridiculous amount of money to send it back ( 50 GBP for the return, by the way, the boots are 77 GBP). So after some e-mail exchanges, with different opinions, they took the matter seriously and responded taking full responsibility, including a whole refund. So thanks for that. I put them 3 stars because the whole experience with the sales department wasn´t very smooth, although the result is a fair one. I would add that it would be very convenient to insert a label, or text, warning overseas individual buyers at the time of the purchase that the return fees are very high.
