Overall, shipping was fast & my order was packaged perfectly. Shoes had a very strong odor, however. The quality is great..but for the price I definitely feel like they could feel a little more sturdy. Hoping they’ll last long. Mostly good experience!

Never have had a bad experience with demonia. Their shoes are always great quality and usually pretty comfy. The shipping is super fast and 2 day shipping isn’t very expensive compared to other sites! My go to platform brand.

Had a slight hiccup with the delivery, but customer service was extremely responsive. Purchase was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves it!

1. Demoniacult should pay for return shipping. I was under the impression that returns could be FULLY refunded. Shipping counts in that math. 2. We ordered a second size since the first pair was too small. The larger size was of such poorer quality and, well, just different! The thread was a different color and the lug sole was ALSO different. The tongue on the shoe was poorly attached compared to the first. Quality control issues. 3. No half sizes.
