I love that there are a lot of cute options and that they're made so well. I have several pairs of Demonias and they fit very well and are comfortable.

This was my second purchase and again it was packaged well and to boots came to me in mint condition. I love the vegan leather, ir wears diffently than regular leather but is more supple I think and easier to break in.

Shipping was lightning quick, the product was absolutely gorgeous and as advertised. When a product I'd ordered was out of stock I received a refund for it within hours. Phenomenal craftsmanship.

Terrible. Awful. Customer Service is worse than the utility company if that is possible! Demonia Cult is quite possibly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. On July 30 2022 I purchased my daughter a pair of Demonia Cult Emily 330 Hologram boots to give her for Christmas. The total cost for this purchase was $151.80. The first time she wore them was December 25, 2022. She loved them and wore them to school often. Fast forward to January of 2023. The bottom right heel separated from the shoe. There was also a giant screw sticking out of the bottom. I emailed Demonia with my concern asking about options for repair and they came back asking for the number on the tongue of the shoe which I gave to them willingly along with pictures. The response I received was: “I apologize for the issue you've experienced with these shoes. Due to the age of the order and the fact they've been significantly worn, we cannot at this time refund this order as a defect. Fixing this type of sole separation is easy, inexpensive, and permanent. Simply apply E6000 adhesive or "Shoe Goo" (which is available at many retail stores and online for about $6) to the area inside the separated portion, then put some weight on it and allow it to set for 48 hours. This will bond the shoe back together permanently.” So I'm supposed to glue my shoe that isn't even a year old period and the fact that they say they were significantly worn baffles me. Aren't you supposed to wear shoes? Are they just for viewing? I even called them back asking them to reconsider and told them that their customer service was terrible. The guy I spoke with I believe his name was Jim stood by his decision. I will never purchase another product from this awful second rate company. I will also let all my mom (and dad) friends know not to waste their time or large sums of money on these shoddy second rate shoes. Quite honestly, you're better off buying “look alike boots” if the boots are only going to last for seven months. For the price you pay for these poorly made boots you can buy four or five pairs of “not quite Demonia Cult” and change them out whenever you want. **** in reply to Demonia cults comment. How they determined the shoes had been “heavily worn and damaged from use, which [they]confirmed through the images” is amazing. Since the only pictures they saw were of the heel. Regarding the return and refund policy their website states “Items are only eligible for a full refund if they're received in new and unworn condition”. So I suppose it was a waste of my time to even contact them hoping for a resolution. I ask again: are these shoes for wearing or for viewing? All I ask you to do is stand by your product. I will not be replying again. I have wasted enough time and money. There are other companies that stand behind their products enough to offer repair when an item has not even been owned for a full year. I will gladly spend my money there.
Response from Demonia CultMar 9, 2023
Hi there, Thank you for providing your feedback on our policies. We reviewed your initial inquiry in which you asked us for advice on the best method to repair your shoes, to which we responded that Shoe Goo is a very strong adhesive and is meant for this very purpose (sole separation). I apologize if this was a misunderstanding on our part. Unfortunately, we don't offer repair services. Because the shoes had been heavily worn and damaged from use, which we confirmed through the images, we are unable to accept the shoes for a refund or replacement. We do not provide an explicit “warranty” to cover misuse or physical damage. Of course, we do cover manufacturing defects, but due to the extent of use as previously described, we determined that the shoes were not defective from a manufacturing perspective.

I don’t think they’re particularly well made. The fit is sloppy, the tongue is thin, and honestly I discovered I’m not a fan of Vegan leather — which is not your fault. They came missing one eyelet, and another in the buckle has already been displaced. I think the quality is well below average.

Beautiful shoes, but not great for wearing i guess. I wore these boots a total of 4 times for maybe 2 hours maximum each time. I wore them again for an event and only had them on gor about 2 hours before the sole came off the heel and a nail nearly went through my foot through the heel. Im highly upset and im overall pissed i spent so much money on a pair of non functioning shoes.
