The shoes are awesome looking and fit well, but they're the first demonias I've gotten that gave me blisters. I still love them though

I was happy with the timeframe that the shoes arrived, however I did accidently set the shipping address to my home rather than the receipient of the gift. Within a minute of the order being confirmed, I contacted customer service to ask that the shipping address be changed before the shoes were sent out. I never received any kind of response for the company. This could have been an easy fix and saved me the cost of sending it to her myself. I would have given another star if they would have just emailed a response.

Shipped very quickly. Packaging was good. The boots are excellent quality.

I was looking for a subtle, but not boring shoe to wear, as I was in need of a new pair of platforms. I thought these looked cool, but I didn't think they would be exactly what I wanted! They are very pretty, and I love the various textures decorating the shoes. I also purchased these with the idea of putting charms and such on the two O rings, and I think it adds a cute personal flair, and is easy to change as one would like. Overall, I these shoes are really sweet and you should consider them if your searching for a pair.

LOVE these shoes!! They give me such a confidence boost and I feel so great in them. Had issues with sizing but it was no issue to send them back for another pair!

I love this company ! And the customer service team is amazing . I accidentally sent my package to the wrong address and the immediately tried to take care of the issue. While we could not change the address the helped me request a hold at my local ups hub

The shoes that I received only arrived with one insole. These were non-returnable/exchangeable shoes, so I contacted customer service, who said they would send me a replacement insole for the shoe that did not arrive with one, and would let me know if they had the necessary piece. It has been over a week, and I have received no notice on whether the insole is available or headed to me. This was my first purchase with Demonias and I am honestly surprised, I have heard such good things about the company from all of my close friends. A little disappointed :(
