minor problems with shipping
I have held back not to ask for a refund, but it’s been 3 days. Hence I don’t get a notification from usps.com letting me know it’s in movement.

Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, we do not have any control over USPS and its transit times. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and is up to them to deliver the package. We are currently using UPS as our primary shipping company, which is a lot more reliable and faster.
