Do not purchase from this company! I’ve purchased a device that was not working properly. I reached out to them and tried to troubleshoot but unfortunately, the device still did not work. The company agreed to, via email, provide me with store credit. I shipped the device back and paid for the shipping fees. To my complete dismay, the company went back on their word and told me to read their refund policy and that they would NOT issue store credit. Stay away!

Working with deluxe CCTV Inc. to get the right pool safety equipment for my pet was very easy! They discussed the options with me and helped me get what I needed. Highly recommend them and the Luna safe water safety device for your pet! It saved one of my French bulldogs when he fell in the pool. Should be a must have for anyone with pets and a pool!

I'll try not to sound like a bot, but I ordered two discreet cameras and boy oh boy, the functionality and how its invisible in plain view. It was worth every penny. It was a home appliance/decor camera placed in the public area and closet with a safe. Now ill have no worries because I will know exactly who and what happens if needed. 100% recommend, the app that works with the camera is simple and easy to use as well!

Well, first off I went on their website. Their website was laid out very nice when selecting your product you can change your options or right there in a drop-down menu. So I ordered my device and there was an issue with stock so instead of finding out via email or an AI text one of the workers there hit me up and express what was going on and offered me a different model which would not work for me so I told him like I haven’t been willing to wait and he said he would personally pack that up for me refund me my express shipping and get it out to me as fast as I can when they get there restock which they did just that I would absolutely buy her again thank you to the staff

Returns are not hassle-free. The individual I dealt with was condescending and a liar. I was told a lie about being charged a restocking fee, and eBay was told a different lie. If not for eBay handling this situation, I would have lost 50% of the purchase price. I purchased the Handheld Condenser Shotgun Microphone Kit. I found an alternative to complete my assignment and will never purchase anything from these people The instructions did not mention the need for a battery in the microphone. Your unwillingness to admit fault is an attempt to cover your lies.

Deluxe CCTV has provided me with excellent customer service. UPS lost my order and Deluxe CCTV tried to track it down and when UPS was unable to locate it in a timely manner, they shipped a replacement out with a 2 day delivery. I've read other unflattering reviews here but I believe they are just bots because of the way that my lost order was promptly handled.
