Do not purchase from this company! I’ve purchased a device that was not working properly. I reached out to them and tried to troubleshoot but unfortunately, the device still did not work. The company agreed to, via email, provide me with store credit. I shipped the device back and paid for the shipping fees. To my complete dismay, the company went back on their word and told me to read their refund policy and that they would NOT issue store credit. Stay away!

After receiving your item back, we found it to be working as it should. This was user error and not a defective product, as you are claiming. You refused to listen to our tech support's advice on how to operate this properly, so we could not help you further.
I’m sorry that you don't like our return policy, but you had to agree to this policy before placing your order. Our return policy is also stated on our website for anyone to read prior to making their purchase and in the invoice that was emailed to you.

Returns are not hassle-free
Returns are not hassle-free. The individual I dealt with was condescending and a liar. I was told a lie about being charged a restocking fee, and eBay was told a different lie. If not for eBay handling this situation, I would have lost 50% of the purchase price.
I purchased the Handheld Condenser Shotgun Microphone Kit. I found an alternative to complete my assignment and will never purchase anything from these people
The instructions did not mention the need for a battery in the microphone. Your unwillingness to admit fault is an attempt to cover your lies.

Thanks for the feedback! What Derick isn't disclosing in his review is that he didn't put a battery in his device (as stated in the instructions), which prevented the item from turning on. Obviously, if you don't install the battery, of course the product isn't going to work. It always amazes me how many people leave out the facts.
The restocking fee was automatically taken out by eBay because the item was opened, used, and missing accessories when he sent it back to us.
What Derick also fails to mention is that he did receive a full refund after we found out that eBay charged him a restocking fee. We will be glad to provide pictures of the item we received back without the battery installed, and a refund receipt showing that Derick was indeed fully refunded.

WARNING SCAM COMPANY!!
WARNING: Don't order anything from the complete SCAM company DeluxeCCTV.com. They just defrauded me of $700 and acting like a maffia. Extremly scary company.
I paid more than $600 for products and was also charged extra $94 PayPal Express fees. After taking my money, they informed me they would not send anything to me.
I feel completely scammed and misled. The company kept the payment while refusing to fulfill the order. Now I have to fight through disputes and chargebacks just to try to recover my money.
The person in the support chat also said they don't care about the company because they don't owned it and more or less wanted it to close.
Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone it's a COMPLETE SCAAAAAMMM

Thank you for your feedback! Your statement is inaccurate and untrue. As you recall, you ordered several products from us and selected overnight shipping. You placed the order after our overnight shipping cutoff time, which is 12:00 PST. Because this order was placed after our cutoff time, the order would not ship until the next business day.
When we emailed you to let you know this, you asked us to cancel the order which we did. You were refunded the same business day which we have documentation and can provide if need be.
You then called us and cussed out our employees demanding that you receive a refund right now. We stated that the refund was already issued and depending on your bank, it could take up to 5 business days to see the money back in your account.
That's when you started threatening our employees that you were going to come after them. After the treats you made against Deluxe CCTV, we stopped taking your calls. Your refund was issued and the transaction was completed.
We wanted to let other reviewers know that you left out the part where we refunded you and that you threatened our company.

Not worth the money you pay
The packaging was flimsy at best. The product arrived barely covered in bubble wrap in a flexible cardboard box. Product was damaged. The response from deluxe cctv was that it was the shipper’s fault and I could superglue it or pay to send it back for a replacement.
The camera is listed at 180° coverage and it is 90° at best. It is also a large wall clock, but if you hang it at the appropriate height on the wall, the camera points straight out, so you only see the top of the room, from halfway up the wall. We had to hang the camera at table level in order to see people in the room. We paid extra to have audio, and the audio flickers on and off with no consistent sound. The product is also made of flimsy plastic and the back pops off so we had to retrofit the entire product in order to hang it on our wall. Such a huge waste of money! Paid several hundred dollars. We have other cameras and ring doorbells on our property, so we know what quality is. This was supposed to be an inconspicuous nanny-cam and it is cheap and useless.

Scam company
Scam company. Threatened to sue after leaving a review by Dustin Dalton the owner. They sell Chinese products for inflated prices. They claim to be a manufacture and all products are made in USA.

The owner, Dustin Dalton, is liar and will continue to lie out in the open.”) Your statements are damaging to Mr. Dalton’s reputation not only as an individual, but as a business owner.

Thanks for your feedback! First and foremost, this letter that you provided is written by you, not us. This appears to be made up by AI. (Very clever) Secondly, we are not a scam company. We have been in business for over 26 years now, and if we were a scam company, we would not be in business anymore.
To address your other concerns, we do not claim that ALL of our products are made in the US, just about 75% of them are. The products that are made in the US in our US warehouse have a statement on each product page. For products that are not made here in the US, that statement will not be shown on that specific product page. You're very clear about what is made in the US and what is not. Anyone can go to our website and see this.
I'm sorry that you were frustrated with our company, but the full story was not being told on your end.
