I did not take the extended warranty that was offered when I purchased the vehicle because I wanted to be more of a participant in the process (ie do my own research.) Upon completing what I feel was due diligence, it became apparent that Delta had a good reputation and not these several other companies thet were sending me "warnings" through the mail. I contacted Delta, Jim got back to me quickly, and we just as quickly and easily settled on a warranty with the feaures and price I was willing to pay. Great job and I will recommend Delta to anyone seeking an extended warranty!

On the surface this company appears to be the real deal. But after they get your payment for whichever warranty you choose its the typical warranty/insurance company with the " We'll do anything in our power NOT TO PAY A CLAIM " company. My automobile has been in the repair shop for a week now and still isn't repaired due to the holding pattern I'm stuck in due to the inept service I have received. My vehicle had been at my repair shop for almost 3 days until they decided that they needed to send an inspector out to verify the damage to my vehicle. Then it took another day in a half for that report to get back filed with the company. Meanwhile my representative never followed up with me concerning anything. I had to get most of my info from my mechanic. At one point the rep at the company BLATANTLY LIED saying his tech tried to call my mechanic with updates about what was going on. I verified this through my mechanic. Then the rent-a-car fiasco. My policy qualifies for up to $65/day for rental reimbursement. I knew for a fact I was going to need a car for at least 5 days more on top of the time my vehicle was already in the shop. They initially only wanted to authorize 1 DAY for a rental. Now at this point my car was already in the shop for several days and had not been touched because authorization had yet been sent. Even after the authorization they wouldn't allow my mechanic to get the part. They told him they were going to ship him the part which was going to take 4 DAYS. At that point they offered another $65/day rental. But that was basically 2 DAYS. I said I need it for at least 5 maybe 6 cause it was going to take 4 DAYS for him to receive a part HE COULD HAVE GOTTEN IN 1 DAY. They had the nerve to tell me if I get a $30/day rental this would cover me for 4 DAYS!! When I signed up with this company the whole process took only about 15 MINUTES and they treated me great when they knew I was giving them $2k for my warranty. Now its claim time and they are treating me like a 3rd CLASS CITIZEN. ABSOLUTELY the worse consumer purchase I have ever made going with this company. And the kicker is I still have to kick out over $300 for GASKESTS to complete my repair. GASKETS!! Something that should be included for repairs. A part of me thought they would at least cover the gaskets for all the trouble they put me through or at least meet me halfway. They declined of course. I'm hoping a lot of people read this review before considering this company. TRUST ME there are probably better companies out there.

This was our first claim with Delta, and it could not have been easier. They are covering the motor that went out in my driver's seat and the labor, but we have the top coverage available so I'm sure that helped. Aaron made sure everything went smoothly. Very happy, now just waiting for the part to arrive to the dealership and to have it installed. Thanks Aaron!

i purchased an aftermarket warranty from Delta Auto Protect in January... as i have had aftermarket warranties in the past - one horrible, and one fantastic - the cost of this policy (fairly low) had me concerned it was a scam. I just had my first experience... thinking " i hope i didn't get ripped off"... and i have to admit - they came through with flying colors. They did ask for my service records (you HAVE to keep these - and keep them up to date... but just know that - and keep a file so it's available to You and them when asked..) - but i found them to be reasonable, and did what they promised. The repair wasn't cheap (a new driveline on a BMW 750Li) - but the dealership told me they were good - and covered it as advertised. I'm pleased.

Jesse Douglas made the purchase of this warranty easy and painless, and the cost of the coverage was extremely affordable compared with other quotes I received. I am hoping that the claim process is as easy and painless as well.
