This was not my first purchase we find the Delsey products to be of good quality, sturdy material . We also appreciate the length of the guarantee We are proud owners of large suitcases and suit carrier. Our last purchase were for gifts.

I was surprised at how quickly my order arrived. I bought this set for my son who has recently decided to travel more and I know he will love it, because I do.

I didn’t receive my order and Delsay didn’t accepted any thing and told me it’s delivered while I didn’t receive it

Terrible customer service. Good luck having any recourse unless you’ve never used the product (how will you know if you like it) and has all tags remaining. Get ready to pay your own shipping if you’re even ABLE to return it. I purchased the 2.0 large polycarbonate suitcase. BEWARE! There is NO BOTTOM HANDLE FOR EASY OF LOADING/INLOADING. I have NEVER owned a suitcase, even my smallest carryon that didn’t have a top, side as well as bottom handle. I wasted $450. Should have gotten the Samsonite that I compared with Delsey. Hello. This is in addition to original review above. Note the reply from Delsey. When I contacted them to tell them I would like them to honor this reply and refund me, they again gave me their "No returns/refunds after 30 days and luggage must be unused with all tags attached and original packaging". I did not know how difficult this luggage would be to lift and did not notice the lack of a handle on the bottom of the suitcase (ALL suitcases I've owned from the biggest to the smallest have always had a handle on the bottom to ease with lifting) until I was completely packed and headed out the door on business and could barely lift my suitcase up to put in the trunk....This company will NOT honor their return policy or this response to my review. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I started the return process. I would like to return a suitcase I ordered. The return process on the website is relatively easy. However, the options they give you to return are 40€ with DHL, 70€ with DHL express service, and shipping at your own cost with a provider of my choice. This is the option I chose, as I can ship it for 20€ with Hermes. However, it is impossble to create a shipping label without a phone number and a building number. A phone number can be found on the website, but it's not a mobile number, so the Hermes website will not accept it. There's no building number, so the Hermes website won't allow me to progress with the return label creation. I have phoned the main Delsey shop in Paris that I can find via google maps, I have phoned the other numbers that are available on the website on the company information page. Every result is "nobody is available, please contact us later". And I have phoned 8 times. This return has taken me 4 hours to try and sort out. I don't know who to contact anymore.
