I installed an 18000 BTU unit a year ago. I needed a part and the folks at Della could not have been more helpful. I talked to Shirley and Fernando. They were very knowledgable about the unit. Once I provided the model number, they got the part out the same day without charge. I am very impressed and will be using Della for future cooling and heating needs.

Every thing went smooth. Nothing was damaged upon delivery. Unit looks good and works good. Happy so far

After several issues with delivery I called Della customer service for assistance. Lizzy took time to listen to my situation and escalated the problem to her supervisor. She promptly called me back with a solution to the problem.
